Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh) [India], April 9: Sharda University proudly hosts a landmark two-day national workshop on “6G & Beyond, ” taking place on April 7–8, 2025, at the Experiential Learning Centre, Sharda University. This workshop gathers leading minds from academia, industry, and government to explore the future of communication technology.
At the heart of this workshop is Prof. Ramjee Prasad, the Founding Chairman of WPMC and the Founder and President of CTIF Global Capsule (CGC) in Denmark. Prof. Prasad, a world-renowned pioneer in wireless and mobile communications, has played a crucial role in shaping the global discourse on 5G and now 6G technologies.
His leadership at CTIF Global Capsule, an international platform dedicated to cross-disciplinary innovation, sets the agenda for future AI-driven, sustainable, and inclusive communication networks.
“6G is more than just a technological upgrade—it represents a transformative ecosystem,” says Prof. Prasad.
“Through CTIF Global Capsule, we are uniting global innovation efforts to ensure 6G empowers society across various domains, including healthcare, education, and smart infrastructure.”
A Knight of the Order of Dannebrog (awarded by the Queen of Denmark) & recipient of the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award (2023) from the President of India, Prof. Prasad’s keynote will explore the global roadmap for 6G, noting interdisciplinary research, AI integration, THz spectrum communication, and the human-centric design philosophy championed by CGC.
